Store and orders

This website is operated as the Bevomo online store. Review each product's written description, included quantity, options, listed dimensions, and other details before ordering. Product information is limited to what is stated on the relevant page. Submitting an order is an offer to purchase; availability, order review, and payment processing are subject to checkout and order confirmation.

Prices, payment, and taxes

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless checkout says otherwise. Checkout displays available payment methods and the final total, including any applicable tax and shipping charge, before submission. See Payment Information.

Shipping, cancellation, returns, and refunds

Shipping areas, estimated timing, delay notices, and cancellation choices are described in the Shipping Policy. Return eligibility, prepaid labels, and refunds are described in the Refund and Return Policy. These policies form part of the information governing a transaction. If an order cannot be shipped within the stated time, we will notify you and offer acceptance of a revised time or cancellation with a prompt refund.

Retailer relationship and intellectual property

Bevomo is an independent online retailer. Unless expressly stated on a product page, Bevomo does not claim to manufacture products offered or to be affiliated with or endorsed by a third-party brand. Names, marks, images, and content remain the property of their respective owners. Do not copy, misuse, or submit content that infringes another person's rights.

Website use and changes

Use the Services lawfully. Do not interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful or misleading information, or misuse another person's account or information. We may correct errors or update website content and these Terms. Changes apply from the date posted, subject to any notice required by law. The version in effect when an order is placed governs that order to the extent permitted by law.
