Additional privacy information for Bevomo
Supplement last updated: October 21, 2026. Shopify automatically manages the full Privacy Policy. This store-specific supplement adds information about this storefront and does not replace or edit Shopify's automatically managed policy. Read the full policy together with this supplement; the native policy remains Shopify-managed.
Information, sources, and uses
The automatically managed policy above describes categories that may include contact and delivery details; account information; payment and transaction details; messages sent to customer support; device, browser, network, and usage information; and information inferred from those details. We receive information you provide when browsing, ordering, creating or using an account, contacting us, or requesting help with a return. Shopify and technology or service providers may also collect information automatically when the Services are used. Information may be used to operate the storefront, accept and fulfill orders, arrange delivery, process returns and refunds, answer support requests, protect the Services, prevent fraud, meet legal duties, and—where enabled and permitted—measure or market products.
Shopify provides the ecommerce platform. When you place an order, the payment provider for the method you choose processes payment details, and the delivery or support services involved may receive the information needed to complete or assist with that order. Which providers are involved can depend on your choices and the features you use. The Shopify-managed Privacy Policy explains Shopify's platform-level practices; this supplement describes third-party services conditionally where the exact provider may vary.
Cookies and similar technologies
Shopify and any enabled theme features or apps may use cookies, pixels, local storage, or similar technologies. Their roles can fall into these categories:
- Necessary: support core storefront functions such as cart, checkout, security, and remembering a privacy choice.
- Preference: remember selected settings or choices, where those features are used.
- Analytics: help measure how visitors use the storefront and whether pages or features work, where analytics tools are enabled.
- Advertising: support advertising measurement, personalization, or sharing for targeted advertising, where advertising tools are enabled and applicable permissions or choices allow it.
Depending on the features you use and the choices available to you, cookies and similar technologies may support necessary storefront functions, preferences, analytics, or advertising. Analytics and advertising technologies apply only where those tools are enabled and, where required, permitted by your choices. Shopify's automatically managed Privacy Policy and Your Privacy Choices explain the disclosures and controls Shopify makes available. The exact cookies, service providers, retention periods, and effect of a choice can vary by your browser, visit, and the service involved.
Google Maps on the homepage and Contact page
The homepage and Contact page directly load an English-language Google Maps embed showing the business correspondence address. Loading the map connects your browser to Google and may disclose technical information such as your IP address, browser/device details, and the fact that the map was requested. Google's handling of that information is governed by Google's own terms and privacy notices. The address is a correspondence address only; it is not a walk-in retail, fulfillment, or return address. See our Contact page and the Shopify-managed Privacy Policy.
Disclosure, retention, security, children, and international processing
Information may be disclosed to Shopify and to providers or partners involved in operating the Services, processing a chosen payment, delivering an order, providing support, protecting against fraud, or meeting legal obligations. The services involved depend on the feature you use and your order. Shopify's automatically managed Privacy Policy describes Shopify's platform practices. Retention can depend on the type of information and whether it is needed to maintain an account, complete a transaction, provide support, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements. Shopify and other providers may process information in countries outside your own. No internet transmission or security measure can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
The Services are not intended for children, and the Shopify-managed policy above explains the store's treatment of children's information. A parent or guardian may contact us using the details below about a child's information. Do not send payment-card numbers, security codes, passwords, or identity documents by ordinary email.
Privacy rights and choices
Depending on your location and whether a law applies to the request, you may be able to ask to know or access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information, and to opt out of certain sales, sharing, or targeted advertising. Applicable laws may provide additional rights. Some state laws may also give consumers a right to opt out of certain profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects or a right to limit certain uses of sensitive personal information. Whether a right applies, its scope, and its exceptions depend on the relevant law and circumstances. Shopify's automatically managed policy describes rights that may apply and links to Shopify's privacy resources.
Use Your Privacy Choices to reach Shopify's auto-managed opt-out form. The form may ask for an email address and may use a CAPTCHA. You can also email support@bevomo.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject and describe the request. For a request about a Shopify account or information Shopify processes for its own purposes, use the Shopify Privacy Portal as described in Shopify's policy.
Shopify's automatically managed Privacy Policy says a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal may be treated as an opt-out request where applicable. Whether a signal is recognized can depend on your browser and the circumstances of your visit. To submit or confirm an opt-out request, use Your Privacy Choices or contact us using the details below.
Where permitted or required, we may ask for information reasonably needed to verify identity and locate the relevant records. An authorized agent may act where applicable law allows; we may request proof of authorization and, where allowed, verify the consumer directly. Please do not email sensitive identity documents unless we first provide an appropriate secure method.
Where the California Consumer Privacy Act applies, California regulations generally require confirmation of receipt of specified access, correction, deletion, or appeal requests within 10 business days and a response within 45 calendar days; where necessary, the response period may be extended by up to 45 additional calendar days with notice and an explanation. A California opt-out of sale or sharing must be honored as soon as feasibly possible, up to 15 business days. Other state laws have different scopes, rights, and deadlines, so these California periods are not a promise that every request or every state follows the same timing. We will respond within the period required by the law applicable to a verified request and will notify you of a permitted extension and its reason where required.
If we deny a request and applicable law provides an appeal right, reply to our decision at support@bevomo.com with “Privacy Request Appeal” and the request date. We will review the appeal under the applicable law and tell you the outcome within the required time. Where available, you may also contact the relevant state privacy regulator; California consumers may contact the California Privacy Protection Agency. We will not discriminate against you for exercising rights that apply to you.
